Hello All! I agree it was a good meeting with good discussion about all the topics we're taught not to talk about at social gatherings (religion, politics, etc.) - and we did it hopefully without deeply offending anyone (right?......). It will be interesting to see if/when this plan gets off the ground given the contrarian ways of town meeting goers, the financial and political landscape, and the accreditation (or lack thereof) threat.
And I still would love to win the lottery so we can have a Busy Bees bookstore/cafe/internet cafe/community gathering spot somewhere in Marshfield - wouldn't that be fun?

Tendarbar sure got us talking. Do you think it was the book, the elections drawing near or the heat from the fire? No matter, good insight was share by all. Has anyone read other books by JR?
What is the date of our next meeting? I've forgotten already - Dec 2 or 3? And, how did you get the book cover on the blog - so cool!
